1. Click the link in the email. It will take you to the Dropbox folder that contains the photos.
2. Click the "Download" button above the thumbnail images. This will initiate the download of the zip file containing your photos onto your computer.
If a pop up window appears asking to login to or sign up for an account, click 'or continue with download only' at the bottom of the pop up window. You do not need a Dropbox account in order to download the photos.
3. Find the ZIP folder. Once the download is complete, go to the location in which the ZIP folder is stored. If you haven’t changed you default settings it will be located in you “Downloads” folder.
4. Double-click the ZIP folder. Doing so prompts the ZIP folder to begin extracting immediately.
5. Wait for the unzipped folder to open. Once the ZIP folder is done extracting, the unzipped version of the folder will open to display the extracted contents.

4. Double-click the ZIP folder. Doing so opens the ZIP folder in File Explorer.
5. Click “Extract”. It's a tab at the top of the window. Doing so opens the Extract toolbar near the top of the window.
6. Click "Extract all". This is in the Extract toolbar. A new window will open.
7. Click Extract. It's at the bottom of the window. Your ZIP folder's contents will begin extracting to an unzipped folder in your selected location (Downloads).
If the "Show extracted files when complete" box isn't checked, check it before you click Extract to ensure that the extracted folder will open upon completion.
8. Wait for the unzipped folder to open. Once the extraction completes, the unzipped folder will open to reveal the ZIP folder's extracted contents.
If the extraction completes and the unzipped folder doesn't open, go to the location in which the unzipped folder is stored (Downloads folder) and double-click the unzipped folder to open it.

Step 1: Download Your Walkthrough Video
Open the Walkthrough Video link in your photoshoot delivery email.
Tap the Fast Walkly link.
In the next window tap Download.
Step 2: Upload Your Walkthrough Video to Instagram Reels
Open the Instagram app and tap the "+" icon.
Select Reel from the bottom menu options.
Select your Walkthrough Video from the media gallery and tap Next. ➡️
Step 3: Add Music to Enhance Your Walkthrough Reel
Tap the Audio icon 🎵 on the bottom menu.
Search for trending songs or browse by mood or genre. Tap a song to preview it.
Select a song by tapping the arrow on the audio player. ➡️
Select the portion of the track that best fits your video.
Tap Done.
Tip: Chose the wrong track? Tap the album cover at the top center of the screen to return to the audio menu.
Step 4: Finalize and Post your Walkthrough Video
Once you’ve finished editing your Walkthrough Video, tap Next. ➡️
Write a compelling caption and include relevant hashtags.
Tap Edit cover to choose a cover image that represents the property - either from the video or upload a custom thumbnail image.
In this menu you can also add location, link your Facebook account to cross-post and set your audience.
Scroll down and tap More Options to turn on Upload at highest quality.
When ready, tap Share and let your listing shine.
Your video can most easily be shared by copying and pasting the Vimeo link we provide in our email.
The video file can be downloaded onto your computer by clicking the download "↓" icon under the Vimeo media player.
We recommend downloading the file with the highest resolution available.
The embed code can be copied by clicking the share "⌲" icon below the media player.
A menu automatically appears at the end of your video with additional sharing options.
Click the share "⌲" icon below the Vimeo media player.
Under Embed click the "</> Copy embed code" button and paste it in your desired location.
• Copy the 3D Tour link from your Tyto Photoshoot email & paste the link under "Virtual Tour Link 1"
• Paste the 3D Tour link on your platform of choice
• The 3D Tour and the Video Tour are MLS compliant and can be published in your listing by turning off “Automatically Create Virtual Tour” and copying and pasting the tour URLs
Step 1: Go to "Add/Edit listing" then click the "Realtor" tab
Step 2: Scroll down to the “Marketing Links and Information” section
Step 3: Under "Create Free Automatic Virtual Tour" change the answer from "Yes" to "No"
Step 4: Copy the 3D Tour link from your Tyto Photoshoot email & paste the link under "Virtual Tour Link 1"
Step 5: Copy the Video Tour link from your Tyto Photoshoot email & paste the link under "Virtual Tour Link 2"
Unfortunately our Video & 3D tours are not compatible with VRBO at this time, but we are actively working towards partnering with VRBO in the future.
