Invoice & Material Release Policy
Our policy is to Invoice at the time the photoshoot appointment is booked in our system.
The photographer will complete the photoshoot whether or not payment has been processed, but we do not deliver the final product until payment is received.
In order to avoid any delays in delivery, we recommend paying this invoice on the day of the photoshoot at the latest.
The completed photoshoot will be sent to you via email. Photoshoots done on weekdays are delivered next-day. Weekend photoshoots are delivered Monday.
Rescheduling or cancelling your photoshoot is free of charge, provided that reschedule or cancellation request is communicated to our office by 11:59 pm the day before the scheduled photoshoot.
A $49.00 Same-day Cancellation fee will be assessed for reschedule/cancelation requests received on the day of the scheduled photoshoot, given that no prior notice was provided.
