Invoice & Material Release Policy

  • Our policy is to Invoice at the time the photoshoot appointment is booked in our system.

  • The photographer will complete the photoshoot whether or not payment has been processed, but we do not deliver the final product until payment is received.

  • In order to avoid any delays in delivery, we recommend paying this invoice on the day of the photoshoot at the latest.

  • The completed photoshoot will be sent to you via email. Photoshoots done on weekdays are delivered next-day. Weekend photoshoots are delivered Monday.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

  • Rescheduling or cancelling your photoshoot is free of charge, provided that reschedule or cancellation request is communicated to our office by 11:59 pm the day before the scheduled photoshoot.

  • A $49.00 Same-day Cancellation fee will be assessed for reschedule/cancelation requests received on the day of the scheduled photoshoot, given that no prior notice was provided.
