Agent Responsibilities vs. Our Services


What You Are Responsible For:

  • Booking Your Photo Shoot

    • If you would like to book a Zillow 3D Home tour, you must also book a photo session. This ensures we capture all necessary media for your listing.

    • Click here to book your photoshoot.

  • Designating Us as Your Media Provider

    • When creating a Zillow Showcase listing, log in to ShowingTime+ and select “I have my own photographer.”

    • Send us an invitation through the platform to info@tyto.media, so we can receive the necessary media upload link.

  • How to Invite Us as Your Photographer

    • Log in to ShowingTime+.

    • Navigate to Zillow Showcase and select “I have my own photographer.”

    • Send an invitation directly through the platform to info@tyto.media.

    • We will receive an email with details about the shoot and upload requirements.

  • Key Points About Inviting a Photographer for Zillow Showcase:

    • Agent Initiates Contact: You are responsible for choosing a photographer and sending the invitation to info@tyto.media.

    • Platform Access: The invitation provides us with the necessary information, including media capture expectations (still photos, 3D tour, floor plan) and upload details.

    • Option to Use Own Photographer: While Zillow provides photographers, you can choose your own - but you must still send an invitation through the platform.


What We Handle for You:

  • Capturing the Required Media

    • We ensure your listing meets Zillow’s minimum media requirements, including at least 10 high-quality photos and images covering at least three distinct interior rooms.

    • We create the Zillow 3D Home interactive floor plan, ensuring it meets Zillow's requirements and that the 3D tour and floor plan are properly linked.

  • Uploading Media to Zillow Showcase

    • We recommend that you upload your own media for added flexibility and control. However, if you would like our team to upload your content for you to Zillow Showcase, please send us an invitation through the platform to info@tyto.media immediately after the shoot so we can upload that as quickly as possible!

    • Once the shoot is completed, we will upload all required media (photos, Zillow 3D Home tour and interactive floor plan, and video) directly to Zillow Showcase using the provided link.

    • We ensure that all content meets Zillow’s terms and conditions before submission.


‍Deliverables: What You’ll Receive via Aryeo‍

Upon completion, you will receive:

  1. Link to your Zillow 3D Home tour and Interactive Floor Plan - Automatically integrated into your Zillow listing, providing buyers with a seamless experience.

  2. Unbranded Floor Plan JPG file - Usable for the MLS, social media and website embedding. This will be included in the Floor Plans section.
